Shipping And Handling
UK - Freight charges are £5.95 per consignment. There is a surcharge for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands & Islands of Scotland of £6.50 per parcel.Overseas orders - freight is at cost, we will advise you before shipping to you (alternatively you can make your own shipping arrangements).In the event of a parcel being sent back to us because it has not been called for, we reserve the right to recharge this return freight cost. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We will accept authorised returns as long as they are not opened and in original packing. We will charge a restocking fee of 10% for the goods. The freight charge is not refundable.
We deliver your order right away. We will use a parcel shipping services to deliver our UK parcels. The delivery schedule is 2 - 3 working days . International orders are subject to the delivery transit times from the international parcel carriers, however it is usually within 7 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices shown are including VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. If you are a business within the EU and have a VAT number, you should click the exempt button and insert your VAT number.
